Two new permissions allow more precise management of the actions accessible to each role in Bob! Desk:

💶 Edit the amount of an intervention: this action now has its own permission in the Interventions section, separate from the "Edit invoice amount" permission available in the Invoices section.

📝 Write notes on provider records: you can now define which users are allowed to add, edit, or delete notes. Without this permission, notes remain accessible in read-only mode.
