Simply enable the option in the Interventions settings to display the billing address directly on the ticket view. A time-saver for finding this information without having to navigate elsewhere. ✨
🔔 New outgoing webhooks for your tickets
Automate your processes even further with new events available in outbound webhooks.
You can now trigger a webhook when:
🔄 a status change occurs;
📅 visit or intervention dates are modified;
💰 a quote or invoice is added;
📎 a document or report is added;
💬 a message is added.
This makes it even easier to connect Bob! Desk to your other tools and keep your data synchronized in real time. 🚀

🔐 Controlled visibility of custom fields
When a user creates a custom field, they can now choose whether or not to share it with third-party accounts linked to their organization.
👉 A client can decide to make it visible to their service providers.
👉 A service provider can share it with their clients and/or subcontractors.

You can now manage the reasons for approval and the reasons for rejection of a quote separately.
